When people talk about burnout, they often focus on the physical symptoms. Exhaustion. Brain fog. Lack of motivation.
But for so many of the women I work with, especially the sensitive, intuitive ones, burnout is something deeper.
It’s not just physical depletion.
It’s a spiritual disconnection.
And the recovery isn’t just about resting your body.
It’s about remembering your soul.
💨 More Than Just Tired
Have you ever said, “I’m tired, but I’ve been sleeping”?
Or “I have space in my day, but I still feel overwhelmed”?
That’s spiritual fatigue.
It happens when we’ve been carrying too much, emotionally, energetically, even spiritually. Always giving. Always holding. Rarely receiving.
Burnout shows up not only in your body, but in your ability to feel joy, clarity, or purpose. You lose your sparkle. You lose your sense of direction. You lose you.
🕊 What Your Energy Might Be Telling You
Your energy body is wise. When it goes quiet, when it contracts, when it feels “off,” it’s not being difficult. It’s communicating.
Mine used to whisper things like:
“You’re holding too much.”
“You’re saying yes when you need to say no.”
“You’ve left yourself behind.”
Burnout, for many of us, is a sacred redirection.
Not a collapse. A call back inward.
🌙 How I Started My Recovery
My recovery began not with a productivity hack but with a promise to slow down.
Here’s what truly helped me:

Energetic boundaries.
Not just with others, but with myself. I stopped overriding my inner “no.” -
Sacred silence.
Five quiet minutes each morning with my hand on my heart. No phone. No pressure. -
Rituals of return.
Lighting a candle. Breathing deeply. Journaling when I had something to say or needed to hear from myself. -
Being in spiritual community.
Spaces where I didn’t have to perform. Where I could be honest, soft, and supported.
