The things I never say in a reading 🤍
Hello lovelies, 🤍
It's been a while, hasn't it. I've been absolutely packed — tours, workshops, events its been great! i hope everything is going well for you all as well x
Through all of it, I've been thinking about something I want to share with you. Something I rarely talk about publicly.
When I sit down to do a reading, Spirit shows me a lot. Far more than I ever pass on.
There are messages that come through clearly — names, dates, memories, the little details that prove someone is still there. Those I share without hesitation. They're the reason I do this work.
But there are also things I'm shown that I deliberately leave behind. And over the years, I've come to understand that what a medium chooses not to say is just as important as what she does.
So this week, I want to gently let you behind the curtain. Just a little. Because I think you deserve to know what real, ethical mediumship looks like — especially in a world where there are so many people doing it badly.
Here's what I'll never tell you in a reading — even when I see it:
When you're going to die. Not my business. Not yours yet. Knowing it changes nothing except the years you have left.
A specific medical diagnosis. I'm a medium, not a doctor. If something feels off, I'll gently nudge you to see someone qualified. That's where my responsibility ends.
The graphic details of how someone passed. The trauma was theirs. It doesn't have to become yours too.
Information about people who haven't agreed to be read. Their soul has the right to privacy too — even the difficult ones.
Predictions designed to keep you coming back. If you ever leave a reading feeling smaller, more afraid, or more dependent than when you arrived — that wasn't Spirit. That was manipulation.
A real reading isn't supposed to take your power. It's supposed to give it back — gently, with both hands.
If you've ever felt confused after a reading, ungrounded, or vaguely worse — I'm so sorry that happened to you. It wasn't yours to carry, and it wasn't your fault for trusting the room you were in.
The right reading should make you feel held. Lighter. More yourself.
That's the kind of work I've quietly committed to for over 20 years. And it's the kind of work I'll keep doing for as long as Spirit keeps sending people my way.
If you've sat with me before, thank you. Truly. For trusting me with the people you love most.
And if you haven't — I'll see you when the time is right.
